INSIDE THIS PATTERN
M81 Woodland
Introduced by the US military in 1981 as an enlarged derivation of the Leaf Pattern, the M81 Woodland Camouflage Pattern is the most duplicated and modified pattern ever designed. The disruptive pattern features irregular markings in green, brown, sand, and black. It is still in use today. "Woodland" is often used as an umbrella term for other similar patterns.
